Validity period

To register as a member of 101Marriages.com, to avail matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of /above the marriageable age, based on the laws of the country that the individual is residing in.

Content Posted on the Site:

• You understand and agree that 101Marriages.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of 101Marriages.com violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other 101Marriages.com and/or its Members.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the 101Marriages.com service, or transmit to other 101Marriages.com Members. 101Marriages.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, 101Marriages.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, 101Marriages.com may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund

• The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. 101Marriages.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. • provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• Obscene/Pornographic/Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.

• You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other 101Marriages.com Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other 101Marriages.com Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that 101Marriages.com shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other 101Marriages.com Members.

Privacy

101Marriages.com.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, 101Marriages.com may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 101Marriages.com., its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Disclaimer Policy

101Marriages.com is not responsible for any incorrect / inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the 101Marriages.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipments or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the 101Marriages.com Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will 101Marriages.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the 101Marriages.com matrimony site or transmitted to 101Marriages.com matrimony members. Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered members of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site.
